Pricing
The courses are priced at £700/session. Each course caters for 10 people per session.
Our observation indicates that optimal engagement and absorption of material occur when individuals participate in smaller groups of 10 or fewer. In larger groups, attention levels tend to decrease, potentially impacting the effectiveness of information retention.
If you’d like to enroll more than 10 people in a course, you can purchase multiple sessions.
FAQ
How are these courses delivered?
Our preference is that the courses are delivered in person, and ideally, at your premesis. I’ll break the two parts of that answer down:
We prefer to deliver in person simply because we’ve found it’s more engaging for your staff if we’re in the same room as them, it also makes participation in group discussions much easier.
Secondly, we prefer to deliver the course on your home ground as it’s easier for your staff – they just come to work as they normally do.
Do I need to provide any equipment?
If you have a TV/Projecter that we could borrow, we’d appreciate that. Alternatively, we can bring our own TV.
Are we allowed to record the training sessions?
Absolutely! Feel free to record the session how you like. There is a catch though, you can’t sell the footage, but if you’re using it for training e.g to re-train staff or train future staff, that’s absolutely fine by us, lights, camera, action!
Will you customise your courses to our needs?
We absolutely will. This is standard practice for us, we don’t just write a course then read it off the screen to all of our clients. Each course you take will absolutely contain some generalised information, but overall it will be tailored to your business and it’s needs.
For example:
Let’s imagine you found us on Google after suffering a breach due to a phishing attack and you wanted to train your staff on Cybersecurity. We’d have a chat with you about what your specific concerns were, and we’d also use our expertise to gague for ourselves the state of your Cybersecurity Landscape. Putting the two of those together, we’d go away and write some specific content and add it to our course. Then, we’d deliver it to your staff in an informative and engaging way that ensures they actually learn the content.
What's the format of the courses?
Our courses consist of 3 elements:
Lectures: This is where the content is delivered. We’ll have the course material on the screen, and we’ll simultaneously deliver it verbally too, all the while engaging with your staff and encouraging debate and conversation.
Quiz’s: Fairly self explanitory, usually multiple choice. After each quiz we’ll discuss what people got correct, and what people got wrong, understand why, and engage in a conversation about the content, ensuring the student understands where they went wrong.
LABs: These are “do it yourself” type of activities. Use what you’ve learned and use it in these mini real world scenarios. These break the course up to keep people on their toes!
What's the vibe in the room at one of our courses?
We keep a lively and approachable atmosphere, steering away from a strictly serious tone that might lead to boredom and disengagement. We feel that a comfortable and light-hearted environment fosters better understanding and retention of complex topics. We infuse humor and relatability into the content delivery, using jokes and anecdotes to make the material more accessible.
The resulting environment helps put people at ease and also encourages open conversations and debates. We believe these debates to be just as, if not more useful than the material itself sometimes.
